Sputtering Simulation
System: 0.4 keV Ne-Ag(111)

726 atoms in target, 376 trajectories
Runs in ~2hrs on 200 MHz PC

These input files can be loaded into Kalypso without further
editing. The project is discussed in Chapter 5 of the
Simulation Primer.

Notes.

The simulation options used by the author can be loaded into Kalypso
using the Load Options button which is found on the Options|
Simulation dialog box. VERBOSE.CFG is the file to load for verbose
output to the log pane (for setting up) and TERSE.CFG is the file
to use for running the simulation after you are satisfied with the
settings.

The verbose configuration will report the cohesive energy of the
selected (bulk atom) lattice site. This differs slightly from the
cohesive energy of 2.95 eV for two reasons: (1) fitting error, as 
discussed in section 10.4 of the Simulation Primer; (2) potential
energy shifts due to the application of lattice vibrations (you
can turn the latter off by loading the Model file into Spider).
